City of Espoo is one the largest public client organizations in Finland. For example, Espoo invests over 900 million euros in retrofitting schools and kindergartens during the next 10 years.
The four year contract between Espoo and Boost Brothers includes building project investment cost analysis, life cycle costing and service network investment analysis and planning services.
