Two New Partners Join Boost

Boost Brothers Oy, a construction management company, has appointed Maiju Hirvonen, M.Sc. (Eng.), and Risto Rudanko, M.Sc. (Eng.), as partners in the company. Both hold key expert and management positions at Boost and play a central role in developing the company’s operations, expertise, and services.

Leading Expertise in Collaborative and Industrial Projects

Maiju Hirvonen (M.Sc. Eng.) works at Boost as a senior specialist. She has exceptionally broad experience in project management and procurement for collaborative projects. Hirvonen also has specialized expertise in industrial projects, both as a client expert and as a coach for project management and teams.

In addition, Hirvonen is a pioneer in project coaching that develops the capabilities of teams and individuals in the built environment. His strengths include leading complex project portfolios, fostering collaboration among various stakeholders, and developing people and organizations as integral to project success.

Extensive experience in innovative project work and digitalization

Risto Rudanko (M.Sc. Eng.) works at Boost as the Director and Expert in charge of Digital Project Services. Rudanko has extensive experience in project development, project management, the digitalization of services and construction, and business development. Rudanko has been collaborating with the Boost team since 2011 as a partner in revitalizing the industry’s startup ecosystem, a project partner, and an employee.

Rudanko’s core expertise lies in new operating models and digital project tools for project preparation, design management, procurement, and project management that leverage data and technology. In addition, Rudango has a strong background in the development and management of new digital business operations, which supports Boost’s goal of making construction services and operating models even more impactful and scalable.
