3. Purpose of use of the personal data register

We only process personal data for our own purposes in the management of customer relationships. The purpose of processing the personal data of job applicants is to register the company’s job applicants. The personal data is used for recruitment purposes. We only process the data for the purposes for which the personal data was originally collected.

4. Information content of the register

The register contains the following information about the data subjects:
Name
Company
Contact details (telephone number, address, e-mail address)
Documents sent by job applicants, such as the CV and job application and study and work history.

5. Regular sources of data, basis for data collection and processing

The data is obtained from the data subjects themselves when they send a contact request, subscribe to the newsletter, or apply for a job via the company’s website using the form provided for this purpose or by using the company’s recruitment e-
mail address.

6. Regular disclosure of information

Information can be disclosed to the authorities in statutory cases. Boost Brothers Ltd does not disclose information to other third parties.

7. Transfer of data outside the EU or the EEA

Boost Brothers Ltd does not disclose information outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

8. Principles of protection of the register

The register data is only stored in an electronic format. When data is transferred over the web, it is protected using SSL or SSH technology. The server equipment of the register is maintained in accordance with good maintenance practices. Instructions have been provided regarding the use of the register. Access to the database containing register data is restricted by way of both network technology and personal usernames and passwords. The right to use and maintain the register is limited. In addition to the company’s CEO and COO, the human resources officer has been authorised to process the data.

9. Right to inspect

Data subjects shall have the right to inspect their data in accordance with the Personal Data Act free of charge once a year. Anyone who wants to check their data shall submit a written request to this effect, signed in person or authenticated in a corresponding manner, to the contact person responsible for matters related to the register.

10. Right to rectification of data

The controller shall rectify the data in accordance with Section 29 of the Personal Data Act. Requests for rectification shall be addressed to the contact person responsible for matters related to the register.

11. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

In accordance with Section 30 of the Personal Data Act, data subjects have the right to prohibit the use of their personal data.
