Boosting project work with AI – Inspiring results from Boost’s autumn workshop

Boost Brothers kicked off its autumn season with an AI workshop that brought the team together to explore the latest applications of artificial intelligence in project work.

The morning session, facilitated by Boost’s AI Lead Juhana Anttila and Futurice’s Saku Viita-Aho, began with an overview of the current state and future developments of AI. Since the company’s previous workshop in the spring, the AI field has advanced at a remarkable pace, with new tools and features emerging at record speed.

The workshop focus was hands-on experimentation with AI in professional tasks. Participants tackled project-related challenges using AI, ranging from creating situational overviews and meeting agendas to reviewing reports, refining project descriptions, drafting budgets, and evaluating proposals. The results showcased both inspiring use cases and some of the natural challenges of working with AI, particularly around prompting.

– Boost Brothers is in an excellent position to harness the opportunities of AI, and not only in developing our own ways of working, but also in discovering new business opportunities. We have a unique chance to innovate and create solutions for our clients that not only advance their business but also unlock pathways to significant international growth, said Saku Viita-Aho, reflecting on the outcomes of the workshop.

By taking a systematic, long-term approach to AI adoption, Boost aims to integrate the technology into its everyday project work, ensuring that both the company and its clients gain maximum value from the rapid advances in artificial intelligence.
