Boost Brothers autumn 2025 update: A year of growth, innovation, and new horizons

The year 2025 has been one of significant achievements for Boost Brothers. Together with our clients and our team, we are proud to share some of the highlights.

Customer satisfaction at its peak – NPS 100

Customer satisfaction has remained outstanding, with a perfect Net Promoter Score of 100 in 2025. This reflects the dedication, responsibility, and client-first mindset that define the Boost way of working.

30% growth and a strengthened team

Our revenue has grown by 30%, and our team has expanded to 45 professionals. We have welcomed expertise across project management, digitalization, collaborative projects, and critical infrastructure such as water management. This strengthened team gives us greater capacity to deliver high-quality, wide-ranging solutions for our clients.

New office in Turku

One of the year’s major milestones was the establishment of our Turku office. Expanding into Southwest Finland enhances our ability to serve clients and strengthens our position as a nationwide player. From day one, the Turku team has been involved in key projects and has brought new energy to the whole company.

Advancing through research, development, and AI

We have continued to invest in research and development with our clients. Key focus areas include simulation-based project planning, cost, quality, and carbon management, innovative public procurement, alliance model development, uncertainty management in design, situational awareness leadership, IT and systems architecture, as well as project and team coaching.

In 2025, we have also placed strong emphasis on AI adoption in project work. Guided by our new AI Lead, we have piloted solutions that support decision-making, scheduling and risk management, and resource planning at various stages of construction. Integrating AI into project management practices helps us deliver more value and boost productivity for our clients.

New initiative: “2-Day Project Planning”

A major innovation this year is our new service – “2-day project planning.” This approach enables the delivery of a comprehensive, transparent project plan in a fraction of the usual time, supporting faster decision-making and smoother project starts. The service has already generated strong interest and demonstrates how we combine research, technology, and practical expertise.
