Fira Palvelut Oy is growing company that has specialized in pipe repairs. Fira brings the servicing aspect to pipe repairs and renovations. Company was founded in 2010 and its revenue in 2014 was 29,9 Million euros (change to previous year +50 %).

Traditionally pipe repairs are not known for their high-class customer satisfaction. Every third pipe repair customer suffers from project delays and every fourth suffers from budget fail.
Developing customer satisfaction in pipe repairing is current issue in aspects of residents’, businesses and national economy as well. Target of pipe repair, the home, is one of the main pillars of life quality. Homes are also a remarkable part of our national wealth. In Finland business of pipe repair has about one million euros’ market that is estimated to double by 2025.
Fira Palvelut Oy has examined the development of pipe repairs from a thoroughly resident perspective and created a pipeline service based on residents’ needs around the results obtained. The development project of the service identified and developed increment value in the project chain of the entire line renovation interactively with relevant stakeholders.
Latest international technologies to use
In this project, Boost Brothers examined how the service experience of pipe repairs for stakeholders is formed. The most effective international operating models and latest technologies were surveyed as well. Service experiences of stakeholders was examined by interviewing experts face to face. The survey was executed by researching pioneer actors and actions especially in prefabrication, collaboration models and work management methods. The most interesting techniques and methods were selected based on expert interviews. Fira Palvelut Oy benefited the results when developing a customer oriented pipe rehabilitation service that genuinely adds value.

Development of pipe repair service culminated to first two-week pipe repair in last years’ November. Fira Palvelut Oy received an Innovation Award of Housing Market for the development of pipeline services based on residents’ needs 30.1.2015 and 31.1.2017.
